THE FOUNDER

Sally D. Ross is an environmental social scientist, urban forestry practitioner, and founder of Black Environmental Prosperity Group. Her work is shaped by lived experience, academic research, and years of leadership in environmental justice, climate resilience, and community engagement. Through BEPG, she helps organizations develop practical, community-centered solutions that create lasting impact.
